Electricity Utility Name Transfer
- Place your order and send us the scanned copy of the required documents through email or courier it, whichever is convenient.
- We will send you the Indemnity Agreement format of the respective Electricity Utility Service (BESCOM – Bangalore, TNEB – Chennai, TSPDCL – Hyderabad).
- Once you sign the Agreement and return it back to us, we will visit the jurisdictional office of the Electricity Utility Service and file the application along with the required fee.
- In case of any additional charges levied by the Utility Service such as Security Deposit or if further documents are requested, we will keep you updated and request for it and submit it once it is received.
- We will follow up and obtain the official confirmation of name change and also verify the change by checking online records (where available).
- Once the Official Memorandum / Electricity Card with the name change is obtained, we will dispatch it to your address. International shipping will be charged extra.

- Sale Deed copy

- Latest Property Tax Receipt

- Additional documents may be required and will be duly informed
Hyderabad (TSPDCL)
- Sale Deed copy
- Latest Property Tax Receipt
- Latest Electricity Bill and the paid receipt
- Applicants Passport size photo
- Any Govt. Identity proof copy of Applicant
- Any Govt. Address proof copy of Applicant (address should match with property)
- Additional documents may be required and will be duly informed
