Property Tax Payment Service
- Place your order and send us the scanned copy of the required documents through email
or courier it, whichever is convenient.
- On receipt of the documents, we will visit the jurisdictional Municipal Authority / Gram
Panchayat and get the correct estimate of your tax dues and will inform you.
- Jurisdictional authorities include BBMP/BDA/BMRDA (Bangalore), Greater Chennai
Corporation – GMC (Chennai), Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation – GHMC
(Hyderabad).
- Once you transfer the money (through credit card/NEFT), we will procure the DD
(Demand Draft) and then make the payment. We will do the running around and follow
up to get the tax receipt, post payment.
- Tax paid receipts will be dispatched to your address by courier. International shipping
will be charged extra.
Document Required:
- Sale Deed copy
- Last paid Property Tax Receipt
- Information on whether your property is rented out or is self-occupied.
- Electricity Connection Number (required in some places)
Time Line:
The pending tax estimate information will be collected within 7-10 business days after order is
placed and on receipt of all documents.
Tax receipts will be dispatched in 10-15 business days after receipt of the tax payment.

charged Rs. 899/- additional per year.
Service fee mentioned will be applicable only within city limits (25 Km
radius). For places beyond the city limits, additional service fee may apply
and will be billed extra. DD charges additional.
